Return & Refund Policy – Shadow Origin

Because each Shadow Origin item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizing or change of mind.

We gladly replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the problem, and we will make it right.

Please review our size charts carefully before ordering, as we cannot accept returns for sizing issues.
